Freelance translators (m/f/d), company-wide
We are always looking for freelance translators (m/f/d) to translate technical content, marketing copy, contractual documents, software, and training material.
Your tasks
- Translation of specialist texts for customers from a variety of industries, such as mechanical engineering, plant engineering, medical devices, automotive, and information technology
- Contribute to terminology projects
- Content review, proofreading, and post-editing
- Quality assurance in accordance with the relevant standards and as stipulated by customers and for specific projects
Your profile
You must meet at least one of the following requirements:
- A degree in translation
- A comparable level of education in another field with at least two years of documented translation experience
- At least five years of documented professional translation experience
In addition, it is important to us that you have:
- A high level of skill in the target language as a native speaker
- Experience working with TM tools
- Sound knowledge of the specializations of our customers
- A pronounced commitment to quality and keeping to deadlines and a willingness to have direct contact with customers
