Notes regarding the German Telemedia Act

According to Section 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), we are responsible only for our own content. According to Section 5 of the TMG, we are not responsible for external, third-party content to which we provide links unless we are definitely aware of illegal or criminal content and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use of such content.

Furthermore, we are not obliged to check the content of third-party websites at regular intervals for illegal or criminal content. As soon as we become aware of illegal content on a third-party website, the link in question will be removed from our pages.
