Generall

The following terms and conditions form part of all offers and contracts regarding seminars at the itl Academy. No modifications of these terms and conditions will be considered valid or binding unless expressly approved in writing.

Registration

Registration must be sent by fax, e-mail or standard mail. After you register, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice, as well as directions and hotel recommendations.

Seminar fees

Fees for seminars are charged at a fixed rate for each day of training. Seminar fees must be paid 10 days after receipt of our invoice. Seminar fees are subject to VAT.

Prices include training material, lunch and tea/coffee. Travel and hotel costs are not included in the seminar fees.

Discounts cannot be granted if you do not attend the seminar in full.

itl reserves the right to adjust the seminar fees.

Cancellation of attendance

You may cancel your attendance in writing without specifying a reason.

• Cancellations received up to three weeks before the start of the seminar will not incur a penalty.
• 50% of the seminar fees must be paid in the case of cancellations received up to 14 days before the seminar.
• The full amount must be paid for cancellations received at a later date.
• Another person may attend the seminar in your place.

Cancellation of seminar

itl reserves the right to cancel seminars in the following cases:

• if a trainer is prevented from attending, e.g. due to illness.
• if the training room is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

In this case, participants will be informed in good time and will be offered alternative dates. If the alternative dates do not suit, we will refund the course fees in full. itl will not accept any additional claims.

Certificate of attendance 

Course participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Copyright

Participants will receive training material, which is subject to the copyright of itl or the individual trainers. This training material must not be copied, reproduced, processed electronically, distributed or made available to third parties without the express permission of itl.

Data protection

itl stores and uses personal and company details for the exclusive purpose of processing seminar bookings. This data will not be made available in any form to third parties.

The place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich.
